"It was a very cold January day in 2009 that I met Annie Cook. She was highly recommended by many people, and I needed someone special to help me sell a property for my cousin and ward in a very challenging Indiana market. I grew up in Indianapolis, and my mother was a professional realtor. I live in Wisconsin, so a reliable realtor was even more important. Annie was with me when we discovered that the pipes had frozen, busted, and we literally entered the house to the sound of splashing water in the living room. Nine months later, the insurance company completed the restoration, and she was finally able to market the property. During this time, it became necessary to place another property on the market, and we discovered that it too had been poorly maintained. These were not easy to sell properties, but Annie and her team were able to sell these properties! The closings and the preparation for the closing were not without challenges, but everything that Annie and her team did was timely and accurate. Please know that during our experience, final sales had to be processed through the courts due
to legal regulations. The court also recognized and acknowledged the outstanding representation by Annie and her team from Tucker.

Annie and her team were always there for me. They were there to check that work was being accomplished to save me from the cost of traveling from Wisconsin. When I hired work to be done, and paperwork needed to be signed by me, it was Annie and her team who saw that I received the paperwork. When I was seeking reliable and honest workmen to get a job done, she and her team provided a list of businesses for me to get estimates. She was most professional at all times, and she was very thoughtful and kind whenever she had to work with my cousin personally. At one point in time, there were people who had taken advantage of him in the past, but when they attempted to do it by contacting Annie, she stopped them with her professionalism.

Annie is an outstanding professional lady, and I do hope that Tucker Company realizes her value. I can recommend her without reservation. Any good realtor can sell properties in good condition in a good market. Annie was able to sell two properties in poor condition in a poor market! Annie Cook is a fabulous professional lady. I am proud to know her."
